01

Coordination at every stage of your journey

01

Accommodation coordination

Discuss options in a suitable location and budget once treatment dates are proposed; booking terms are confirmed before commitment.

02

Airport and local transfer

Request coordination for airport–hotel–clinic transport; the provider, scope and fee are clarified in writing.

03

Communication in your preferred language

Available language support and any interpreter arrangement are confirmed before appointments and bookings.

04

Follow-up at home

Treatment records, care guidance and a realistic online review structure help support continued care after you return.

Transfers and accommodation are separate from dental treatment. On request, coordination support may be provided with independent service providers. Prices, availability and booking terms should be confirmed separately before travel is finalised.

02

Your pre-travel checklist

Before making reservations, we recommend clarifying the following points with your coordinator and dentist.

01

Current medication and relevant medical history

02

Recent panoramic X-ray or other dental imaging where available

03

Clear intraoral photographs and your main concern

04

Likely travel window, country of residence and preferred language

05

Travel insurance, passport/visa requirements and a plan for care at home

03

Seven steps from first message to follow-up

01

Secure remote enquiry

Share your goals, medical history, medication and any recent images. This is not a final diagnosis or binding plan.

02

Dentist’s initial review

Possible options, alternatives, estimated visits and the assumptions behind an early outline are discussed.

03

Clear travel coordination

Accommodation, local transport and preferred-language communication can be coordinated around proposed clinical dates.

04

Arrival in Samsun

Your confirmed local transport and first appointment pathway are shared before travel.

05

In-person examination

Examination and imaging are completed; the preliminary outline may change in light of clinical findings.

06

Treatment and recovery

Care begins only after updated options, risks and alternatives are discussed and consented to.

07

Records and aftercare

You receive treatment records, material information, care advice and a follow-up plan for home.

Your definitive plan, number of visits, timing and suitability are established after an in-person examination. Accommodation, transfer and interpretation may be provided by third parties; scope, availability and fees are confirmed in writing before travel.

04

What can be discussed as part of coordination?

01

Proposed clinic appointments and an estimated visit structure are shared in writing.

02

Accommodation and transfer options may be coordinated on request; they remain independent services unless explicitly included in writing.

03

Available language or interpreter support is confirmed before booking.

04

The definitive treatment and fee may change after the in-person examination.

05

Questions frequently asked by international patients

01When should I book my flight?

We recommend avoiding non-refundable travel until an initial review and provisional visit structure have been discussed. Your definitive treatment plan still requires an in-person examination.

02Are hotel and transfers included?

Not unless they are clearly listed in the written proposal. The team may help coordinate independent accommodation and transfer options on request.

03Which languages are available?

Tell us your preferred language in the first message. Team availability, interpreter arrangements and any fee are confirmed before the appointment.

04What happens if I need help after returning home?

Care instructions, records and contact details are provided. Urgent or in-person needs may require assessment by a dentist in your home country.
